There's no extra charge just for using 4G - you'll pay the same as you would for using the same amount of data on 3G.

However because 4G is so much faster, you may find that you use the internet and download or stream more than you did with 3G. You may also watch higher quality HD video, which uses more data.

Data allowance

You'll get a data allowance with your price plan that you can use across our entire network in the UK.

If your data allowance runs out before the end of your bill period, you can buy an extra allowance to let you carry on using the internet. Your data allowance will reset at the start of the next bill period.

Using data abroad

To keep your costs down, internet on your phone won't work when you're abroad unless you buy an Add-on.

If you try to use the internet while you're abroad, you'll be asked whether you want to buy an Add-on - simple!

Calls and texts

Your standard call and text charges will apply when you call a T-Mobile, Orange or EE customer.

Your price plan will tell you how much it costs to call or text someone on T-Mobile, Orange or EE.
