Eligibility
Fibre Broadband & Broadband prices include £5 discount for new and existing EE, Orange or T-Mobile customers (excluding pay as you go mobile broadband) living in an EE standard broadband network area. Non-eligible customers pay up to £15 a month more.
How fast your Standard Broadband will be depends on a couple of things: firstly, how far you are from the nearest exchange that connects you to our network; and secondly, how many other people are using the network at the same time as you.
Broadband offers
3 and 6 month free offers:
Get your monthly plan charge free for 6 or 3 months when you join EE Broadband and sign up to an EE standard broadband plan for the first time before 31 May 2013. We’ll give you a bill credit in your second bill reflecting the monthly discount for 6 or 3 months. After that, you’ll continue to pay the standard price each month unless you change your plan after your minimum term.

Anytime calls plan: £30 bill credit (equivalent to £10 discount for 3 months on broadband).
Anytime Mobile calls plan: £45 bill credit (equivalent to £15 discount for 3 months on broadband).
Offer ends 31 May 2013.
Fibre Offers
Subject to credit check.
This offer is available to current EE, T-Mobile and Orange mobile customers only.
Offer begins 1 May 2013 and ends 31 May 2013 (inclusive). Consumer plans only. Offer available to new home broadband customers only.
We’ll waive the £50 Fibre installation charge and waive your monthly Fibre plan charge for 3 months when you join any EE Fibre Broadband plan and sign up to an 18 month minimum term before 31 May 2013. You will be required to pay monthly line rental for the entire duration of the 18 months, including the first 3 months.
If at the end of the 3 month trial you decide to continue with the Fibre service then you will be charged the standard price of the corresponding plan plus line rental for the remaining 15 months of your minimum term. If you want to continue with a Fibre plan, you must continue with the plan you selected when signing up to the 3 month trial (or a higher price plan). You cannot move to a lower price plan at the end of the 3 month trial. However, if at the end of the 3 month trial you decide that you no longer wish to continue on a Fibre plan, you can either:
i) Pay an early termination fee and end your Fibre contract early (please see our home broadband Price Guide at www.ee.co.uk/terms for details of early termination charges); or
ii) You can move to any standard broadband (ADSL) package on EE. Upon doing this, you will need to enter into a new ADSL contract and sign up to a 12 month minimum term. If you don’t live within an EE standard broadband area, you will have to pay an extra £10 a month for this service (plus line rental and the standard monthly plan charge).
If you would like to move from Fibre to ADSL after the 3 month trial, you will need to call us on 0800 079 0177 before the end of the third month otherwise you will need to continue with the remaining 15 months of your Fibre contract.
Prices may go up during your plan.
How fast your Fibre Broadband will be depends on a couple of things: firstly, how far you are from the nearest street cabinet that connects you to our network; and secondly, how many other people are using the network at the same time as you.
Our fibre broadband terms apply.
Contract buy out promotional terms
The end of contract buy out credit of up to £100 for cancellation fees or early termination charges from your previous broadband and calls provider is only available to customers who are in contract with another provider for their broadband and calls subscription on the date they join EE broadband. Subscription includes any monthly outstanding payments for line rental or monthly call plans – this does not include outstanding call charges. You’ll need to provide evidence of your cancellation fees or early termination charges. Offer valid for 90 days after your EE broadband service is activated. The credit will be applied to your monthly charge for your EE broadband and calls account in the month following the satisfactory completion and processing of your request. If the credit is for an amount greater than your monthly charge, the remainder of the credit will be credited to the bank account from which your EE broadband monthly direct debit is taken.
