Your phone can become blocked in a number of ways - one of them is if you enter your SIM card PIN number incorrectly three times.
But don't panic, you can unblock your SIM card with something called a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key).
This PUK is an eight-digit code designed for situations like this - it can unlock your phone or your USB stick.
Get your PUK code from My EE
- First, sign up for My EE or log in
- Click on the Manage phone options link in the Your Phone area of the My EE homepage
- Scroll down the page until you see the Unblock SIM area, where your PUK code is listed
- Once you have your PUK code, enter this into your phone to unblock your SIM.
Please enter your PUK code carefully - if you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times, you will permanently block your SIM card and we'll need to send you a new one.
