If your phone has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us straight away. We can then bar your SIM to stop calls being made on your account and also blacklist your lost or stolen phone to stop someone else using it.

If you have Orange Care and your phone is stolen or maliciously damaged, you should also report it to the police within 48 hours of discovery.
