All you need to know about the My EE App:
MY EE IS FOR EE PLANS, NOT ORANGE OR T-MOBILE PLANS
Remember, My EE is for anyone with a 4GEE plan. If you're on an Orange or T-Mobile plan please continue using the Orange or T-Mobile website to manage your account, even if your phone signal appears to be coming from EE.
If you’ve just got a new 4GEE plan, then you can sign up now.

If you're having problems setting up My EE, contact our customer services people by calling:

You can give others access to your My EE account, if you need to. You might want to do this if you pay for more than one phone or device, which someone else uses, but you want them to manage their usage.
There are two types of access to My EE
Account Holder
This is the person who pays the bill (probably you!) Follow the instructions here on how to set it up your account.
If the bills are in your name, then you should be able to see them online and you should see 'Account holder' under the ‘Role’ column of the ‘Manage accounts’ tab in the ‘Account settings’ section of My EE.
Subscriber
If you're the account holder, you can allow someone else to access your My EE. You might want to do this if you pay for more than one phone or device, which someone else uses, so they can manage their account.
If the bills aren't in your name, then you won't be able to view them online, unless the person that does pay the bills gives you permission via their My EE account.
